Shipping and Delivery
Purchases are shipped from Utsav Fragrances by our in-house delivery team.
We have next day delivery option available, orders are processed as per the delivery orders received.
Order deliveries will be made 3 days a week.
Excluding public holidays.
For any complaints regarding your order (missing items, quality, delivery) please contact customer care within 24 hours of your order delivery for resolution. We will not be liable for any complaint later than that.
Shipping Charges
We ship products throughout Delhi NCR and it’s neighbouring cities. We deliver a single product also with the applicable shipping charges.
Payment Options
Utsav Fragrances is set up to take immediate orders online through the Razorpay Payment Gateway and also accept Cash on delivery (COD).
Pricing Policy
Product prices listed are current; however these are subject to change without advance notice. All prices on this website are processed in Indian Rupees. All orders are acknowledged at current pricing. We will bill at price in effect at the time of shipping.

Discount will be applicable only as per prevailing schemes
Cancellation Policy
If the address given is not in our list of delivery areas or incase of any other unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
Please note: If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms and conditions of using the website, we have the sole discretion of cancelling such orders.
